This is brand new on the inside. It has some scuffs and scratches on the exterior but nothing at all major. This was unwrapped from its plastic wrap and in a box of outdoor stuff so it got very lightly scuffed up. The waterproof seals and locking clip are working perfectly. The inside is clean and unused. The pictures are accurate.
